With perfect weather conditions albeit rather chilly at first the ladies had a lovely day and some great scores were achieved. Jill Brennan had the best gross score with an 89 off the stick. The net winners for the day were in first place Jill Brennan with 75, on a count back from Fran Reid with 3rd place going to Margaret Kearney with 76 The longest drive on the 18th hole was won by Fran Reid for A grade, Maria Glover for B grade and Maureen Crowe for C grade. Nearest the pins went to Margaret Kearney on 3, Maria Glover on 8, Jill Brennan on 13 and Lorna Finlay on 17 and Audrey Mann had a 2 ball on the 8th.

On Tuesday 21st July, the weather threatening, the numbers were down for the competition.
