Sam Attrill from Yanchep recently competed in the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) and the International Federation Body Building (IFBB) competitions.
Ms Attrill won the INBA open division title and the overall trophy. On the same day, she again took out the IFBB open division title and again took out the overall trophy.
Earlier this year Sam competed in the World Fitness Federation (WWF) open division title.
The Sun City News understands that no other person has won all three competitions. Sam is now eligible to compete in the INBA Olympia world titles being held on the Gold Coast on Saturday, 17th October.
Ms Attrill is a mother of two children and forty-one years young.
