18 Feb, 2010 07:33 AM
The Ledge Point Art Exhibition was held last weekend at the Ledge Point Country Club.

The works on display were a delight to behold and ranged from photographs, floral arrangements, and mixed media to a range of fabulous quilts.

As Lancelin Councillor, Val Ammon, said: “It’s amazing how many artistic people we have on the coast.”

“Congratulations to Jan Court and Helen Manson, also management and staff of the Ledge Point Country Club for a fantastic event.”

The Shire of Gingin was presented with a Jetty Sculpture which was gratefully accepted by Shire President, George Gifford, Councilors Reg Beale and Val Ammon and will be on displayed prominently in the shire offices.
