The Sun City News invites readers, both from the newspaper and web, to be the 'Reader of the Week'.

All you have to do is email the editor, Terry Loftus, and he will forward the questionnaire.

You just have to answer 13 questions and attached a current head and shoulders photo of yourself.

All questions need to be answered and name address, phone number and signature must be included on the questionnaire.

When sending a photo, please do not use mobile phone photos, they are low resolution and do not print very good.
