I hear in Germany they has developed a process to DNA your cat or dog poos.
My mind boggles what we can do.
I think the state government should introduce the licencing of all pet dogs and cats.
Part of the licencing should include micro-chipping so your pet can be tracked with a GPS.
Additionally, I think all pets should bev required to provide a DNA sample at the time they are micro-chipped.
The state government could then employe local park patrol personnel to take poo samples, get it DNA tested and then issue $200.00 fines for each offence.
This radical idea could help the growing unemployement position, it would be self-funding with the fines revenue.
Just think of it, everyone employed, clean parks and no more stepping into a doggy do or cat poo.
